Bella Capelli Salon has been in business for many years.  Owned and operated by Carole Spears since August 2006.  Once, a quaint hair salon of 1200 square feet, now boasting at 3000 square feet, a full service salon offering hair, skin & nail services, as well as a boutique filled with affordable fashions.
